Founder and bakery owner, Suzanne Marcus had a "sweet vision" of providing her specialty baked goods to Chicago area restaurants, coffee houses and local markets more than twenty years ago!

After a successful career in the financial markets industry, Suzanne embraced her passion, donned an apron and created Hot Cakes Bakery.

Her pristine wholesale bakery/facility is located in Northbrook, Illinois and is dedicated to providing quality, wholesome, artisan hand-crafted and (most importantly) delicious products to local food service customers, as well as producing private label and bulk products regionally for national wholesalers.
